Please note that all shipping times provided are estimates. While the majority of orders will arrive within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, customs, or weather disruptions).

That said, if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, and the delay is not due to reasons such as an incorrect address, change of address, or failure to collect the parcel, we will either offer a refund or contact you directly to resolve the issue.

All shipping fees shown at checkout are inclusive of all costs, meaning you won’t be charged any additional fees after your order has been dispatched.
